职责描述: 1. Business Management: 1) Develop individual product sales plan and market development and maintenance work plan according to the sales target issued by the company. 2) Participate in domestic and international home furniture exhibitions and other related activities to explore customer information. 3) To understand information about customers' key decision chains, business planning and purchasing plans. 4) Contact key decision makers of customers to understand their needs, promote product sales and complete sales plans. 2. Market Development 1) Organizing contract review and signing sales contracts according to the company's sales contract management system, or finalizing order agreements with customers in other legally binding ways as required by the company. 2) Communicate with customers to confirm the order's product model, parts configuration, quantity, price, delivery date and other matters, and coordinate with the delivery management department to enter the order into the system. 3) Coordinating with relevant departments as needed to ensure order execution. 4) Tracking sales return according to contracts and order agreements. 5) Summarize and improve personal sales work according to company requirements and report to higher management On a regular basis. 2 / 2 3. Degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent. 2. More than 1-year experience in Furniture (Office) Industry, showing a track record proving significant program acquisitions and customers. 3. Good at formulating sales strategies according to market changes, customer and market competition needs. A results-oriented team leader with high sense of responsibility. 4. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
